You do not want to miss the award winning Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane brought to you by the Des Moines Home Builders Association! The Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane is an upscale tour and party during the annual HomeShowExpo.
This VIP event is a progressive party through the nine new construction homes, each offering different entertainment from games to live music and unexpected food and drink options. Tickets for Uncoastal Social are $100 per person for HBA members and $150 for non-members. A portion of the proceeds will benefit HBA Cares which a group of construction professionals who are improving our community by building up individuals, families and organizations with housing needs in Central Iowa.
In 2022, the Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines was awarded the Best Membership Event with an Award of Excellence from the Executive Officers Council (EOC) of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for the Uncoastal Social at Luxury Lane.
