About this Project:
This home was in serious need of an exterior update. The siding and windows had deteriorated badly, the deck was worn out, and the original roof was becoming a problem. On the interior, the space in the kitchen and eating area was exceptionally tight, and more garage space was needed. The problems were numerous, but the owners loved their neighborhood and lakeside lot, and thus chose to remodel their home so they could continue to enjoy both. I worked with the owners to design a project than provided remedies to their exterior problems and constructed spaces that will serve their needs for years to come.
