About this Project:
While this home already had an attractive kitchen, it lacked the homeowners’ personal asthetic and the individual details and options that come from a custom design. The transitional design creates a cozy retreat that complements the family’s lifestyle. The new cherry cabinets have an old world ebony finish with accents like a plate rack, concealed television, crown molding, under cabinet lighting, and glass front doors with led lighting that highlights the homeowners’ accessories. The granite countertops have a unique chiseled edge profile and are topped with a crackle glass backsplash. The new kitchen maximizes storage with cabinets that extend to the ceiling and a pantry closet was replaced with furniture style pantry cabinetry. The fireplace wall was also remodeled with a new fireplace, real stone surround, hearth stones and hickory mantel.
