About this Project:
This unique project is a loft in downtown Des Moines. Our client wanted to update the look and functionality of the existing kitchen and guest bathroom while working within the existing footprint. By engaging her through our collaborative design process we were able to deliver two wonderful new spaces. The focus was creating more storage and improving the artifical lighting throughout the living areas, so Silent Rivers designed + built custom cabinetry along with light fixtures and accessories for both rooms which accomplished the main goals. The loft has a warm industrial feel that is extremely inviting without being too fussy. Come experience urban living at its best!
