About this Project:
The owners of this wonderful South of Grand home had put a kitchen and master suite addition on it in the mid 90s. At the time it was a great space but 20 years later and it is in need of some freshening. The kitchen’s floor plan remained roughly the same but with new lighting, appliances, cabinets and countertops it was brought up to date. After successfully completing the kitchen we looked to the master suite. With an adjustment to the layout we were able to add two walk in closets with a laundry and center island. A glass shower and custom vanity update the bath itself with the master bedroom receiving barn style doors and hardwood to match the original floors. Special attention was paid to ensure that the “new” addition would now blend seamlessly with the original home.
