This classic brick Tudor-style home we all associate with the Beaverdale Neighborhood got a modern makeover with this whole home remodel and addition. In keeping with the original style of the 1932 home, rich hardwood flooring and a bronze finishing were selected, and original features like the brick fireplace and the home’s exterior brick remain. Modern updates were made, including new light fixtures and cabinetry, providing practical solutions to the homeowners’ prior problems. The new addition allows for the previously small spaces to serve a greater function and allowed for new amenities to be added, such as the mudroom and powder bathroom. The kitchen was relocated and enlarged to accommodate a large island with bar stool seating, increasing efficiency and quality of life.
