About this Project:
The transformation of this late 1990s Master Bedroom and Kitchen were created with a transitional style, and a hint of rustic design in mind. We collaborated with our homeowners from start to finish understanding their needs and goals. The layout for both spaces was reconfigured to express captivating focal points to improve overall functionality. The master bedroom with its newly expanded walk-in closet features custom white cabinetry, decorative pendants and granite countertops complimenting the “wood-look” tile flooring. The old dysfunctional Jacuzzi Tub was replaced with a stunning freestanding soaking tub and a gorgeous tile shower. In the kitchen, Modern Touches reconstructed the space by increasing the size of the island, adding a beverage center and replacing outdated materials with all custom clear alder wood species cabinets, granite countertops, wood tile flooring, stylish fixtures and commercial grade stainless steel appliances.
