About this Project:
After purchasing this home from her mother, this third generation property owner wanted to make some big changes to the existing home. With a significant addition and moving almost every existing wall in the house, TechBuilder Of Iowa achieved just that. Literally every part of the interior of this house is brand new while at the same time keeping an eye on the traditional components of its origins in 1888. What was once a 1 bedroom 1 bath is now 2 bedrooms 2 baths with room in the basement for 2 future bedrooms and another bath.
