The only thing we love more than the character and charm of a South of Grand home is the challenge to restore those that fallen to the wayside back to the allure, and integrity, both the home and the neighborhood deserve. This transformation of 3200 John Lynde Road is unlike any other. Walking up to the home is not what it once was. By replacing the original roof lines with newly constructed monoslope trusses we were able to drastically rejuvenate the facade. Moving inside, we took the original three bedroom/two bath main level and transformed it into a four bedroom/two and half bath. From the two-story stone fireplace to the sunroom and private deck, there is something to marvel at around every corner.
