This south side gem has undergone a complete transformation! From the structural bones to the finishing aesthetics! The style is Mid-Century Modern. Highlights include the moving of walls, including the relocation of a stairway to create an open cohesive space, all without disturbing the footprint; conversion of a closet to a micro master bath; added outdoor living area, including an expansion of a large sliding door to encourage the blend of outdoor and indoor living; unique shiplap ceiling throughout.
