Renovated from the inside out, this California mid-century modern ranch was transformed from a two bedroom/one bath house to a now three bedroom/ two bath home. With an emphasis on functionality, the newly designed floor plan features an open concept. The new kitchen design, equipped with high end appliances, is separated from the dining room only by the elegance of a waterfall countertop. The integrity of the home was restored with the re-exposing of the sloped ceilings and beam work throughout the main living space. Just when it couldn’t get any better, a master suite, featuring a walk-in closet, dual vanity, and tiled shower, was a necessity in the initial planning of the home. From the exterior transformation to the overhaul of the interior, this was by far one of our favorite projects to date. Thank you for stopping by!
