Embark on a remarkable renovation journey in the heart of a historic Waterbury neighborhood, where timeless charm meets modern comfort. Our latest project involved a meticulous transformation of the kitchen, family room and upstairs primary suite. With a focus on openness and cohesion, the kitchen and family room were reimagined into an inviting open concept space. Continuing the elegant tile flooring throughout ensured a seamless flow, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Upstairs, a once awkward two-room layout with a tiny bathroom was reshaped into a luxurious primary suite which features a spacious bedroom, a walk-in closet and a thoughtfully designed micro suite bathroom. We preserved the original historical footprint, paying homage to the neighborhood’s heritage, but what made this project truly special was meeting our amazing clients’ needs. Downsizing from San Diego to Des Moines, we crafted a home that perfectly complemented their new lifestyle, blending comfort, elegance and nostalgia in this magnificent renovation venture.
