This year's project has a little bit of everything, mainly because we basically touched every square foot of this West Des Moines two story home. If you think that renovating four bathrooms', a kitchen, a lower level, a master bedroom, a family room, an entire main level along with an addition is a little more than the average person would want to bite off? Your right!! But nothing about Brenda, our home owner, is average! I don't think even Chip and Joann would have taken on this project without knowing that someone like Brenda was at the helm.
