About this Project:
This dramatic first floor remodel is a creative use of space within what started as a standard two story home. After removing a wall to open the area up between a dining room and the kitchen we were able to create a larger kitchen with an open floorplan. A new mudroom space allows for a drop area to keep this family organized and a stone fireplace keeps them warm as they enjoy their newly remodeled home. The team at Fleming Construction worked hand and hand with the homeowners during the design process to achieve maximum visual impact while making cost conscious finish selections and designing in construction efficiencies to keep their budget under control. This allowed us to create the space that they always dreamed of for their busy family's lifestyle, while not breaking the bank.
