Grand Homes was hired to create the perfect home for this family of five. Completely renovated down to studs, they recreated each room to fit this family’s needs. Designs both created by Grand Homes and the owners, allowed this house to become their dream home. Repositioning the staircase allowed the house to accommodate a main floor primary suite. Along with the addition of a sunroom and gymnasium, most of the existing house was redesigned to accommodate a home office, large kitchen/pantry, two laundry rooms, expanded family room, and plenty of bedrooms. Grand Homes & Renovations also worked with the owners to create outdoor spaces that allowed not only for their family but large parties where guests feel as comfortable outside as they do inside nestled among beautiful woods.
