When these customers moved across town into their forever home they had a great vision of what they wanted to make this house their home. They loved the ranch-style, open floor plan and fell in love with the outdoor space, especially the beautiful water-view setting. However, the inside of the home needed some updating. We were thrilled to collaborate and work with them on the planning, design and remodel phases of this project to make their vision a reality.
This project included a multi-room remodel and deck facelift. The kitchen was brought back to life with new cabinets, countertops and flooring. We extended the new flooring into the rest of the living space on the main level and moved the fireplace to the living room, creating a more cohesive and open floor plan. The deck remodel included glass railings and a pergola to expand their living space outdoors.
