This basement finish had a sound proofed pocket theater added. The wasted space under the stairs was converted to include an art room and the storage room was converted into a gym. The large living/tv room was remodeled to include a game room. Plumbing was rearranged to add a new wet bar and new full bathroom with tiled shower. We added an egress window to the existing bedroom, converted the single basement door to a double door and turned two other door openings into larger windows to let in more natural light.
