With a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and clear communication, the company is built on lasting relationships and a genuine commitment to every project.
Julian and his team take pride in creating spaces that reflect their clients’ goals—whether a dream home, a major remodel, or a ground-up commercial development. From design to delivery, Caselli Construction blends experience, innovation, and attention to detail to bring each vision to life.
Rooted in the community and focused on long-term impact, Caselli Construction doesn’t just build structures—it creates spaces where people live, work, and thrive.
MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO:
We’re excited to introduce more people to the residential side of Caselli Construction. This is a great opportunity to showcase the quality, care, and craftsmanship we bring to every home we build.
One unique feature we are proud to highlight is our use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF). This innovative building system offers superior energy efficiency, strength, and soundproofing—providing long-term value and performance that homeowners can truly feel.
ABOUT THE HOME:
The use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) will be a very unique feature. Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs) are a building system where rigid insulation blocks form the walls of a structure, which are then filled with concrete. This system combines the strength of concrete with the energy efficiency of insulation, resulting in walls that are durable, soundproofing, energy-efficient, and potentially cost-effective over the long term. Also, in floor heating, both systems combined add a great R-value and energy efficiency to the home.
